I had a job interview with a temp agency. Hoping to change my career completely. I’ve been in retail for almost 15 years so I felt now was a good time to get out and try something completely different. So I’m hoping this works out!
Bad weather is no excuse to stay away from the gym!
This weekend was tough. The temptation to cheat was too great. We had 2 cheat meals! But that’s ok, we’re starting a new week with new opportunities to make it up!
Today was tough. I just wasn’t feeling like leaving the house. Not feeling good about myself. Feeling tired from the day before. Just generally down.
But I picked myself up and pushed through the “pain”. I forced myself to do it and I’m so glad I did. I felt so much better afterwards.
It’s not easy dealing with depression while trying to stay fit and healthy because somedays you just don’t want to do anything.
But it’s important that you give it your best shot.
I really feel like I accomplished something today.
