Today was tough. I just wasn’t feeling like leaving the house. Not feeling good about myself. Feeling tired from the day before. Just generally down.
But I picked myself up and pushed through the “pain”. I forced myself to do it and I’m so glad I did. I felt so much better afterwards.
It’s not easy dealing with depression while trying to stay fit and healthy because somedays you just don’t want to do anything.
But it’s important that you give it your best shot.
I really feel like I accomplished something today.
